To exercise the right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel (for example, by email). You may use the model cancellation wording in section 4.1 below, but it is not mandatory.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or have broken seals
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products that have been stored improperly
- Products that are past their expiration date
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the items and ship them to the address provided
- Confirmation: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
4.1 Model Cancellation Wording
If you wish to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can email us using the wording below (adapt as needed):
"I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods: [insert order number / description]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]."
5. Return Shipping
5.1 Customer-Initiated Returns
For standard returns (change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
5.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty product or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Contact us immediately upon discovering the issue.
6. Refund Process
6.1 Processing Time
Once we receive your return (or you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back), we will process your refund within the timeframes required by law. As a guide:

- Refund Processing: typically within 14 days after we receive the goods back (or evidence of return), depending on the circumstances
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your payment provider
6.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will arrange an alternative refund method.
6.3 Refund Amount
- Product cost will be refunded in full
- Where you cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery (if any). If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will refund the cost of standard delivery only
- Return shipping costs paid by you are non-refundable
We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (as permitted by law).
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
8.1 Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Document the damage with photographs
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
8.2 Defective Products
If you believe you have received a defective product:
